The same applies to their commitment to protecting the environment: this has allowed Camping Santa Maria di Leuca to be included among the tourist facilities selected by Legambiente Turismo.
The campsite, equipped with two photovoltaic systems and as many as four solar systems for hot water production, follows good practices and adopts useful measures aimed at reducing water consumption (hot showers operate with tokens) and electricity use (lighting is mainly LED), improving waste separation, choosing collective transport or bicycles for transfers and excursions, and encouraging guests to actively participate in the philosophy of the property in every possible way.
